1 Introduction

These Global Terms of Participation (“Global Terms”) govern the use of the Dendere.fund platform and participation in any promotional prize campaign conducted by Dendere Projects (Pty) Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of South Africa.

By entering any campaign on the platform, participants agree to be bound by:

• these Global Terms
• the Campaign Draw Rules
• any Country-Specific Addendum applicable to their jurisdiction
• Dendere’s Privacy Policy and Platform Terms of Use.

2 Nature of the Platform

Dendere provides promotional prize campaigns in which eligible participants may obtain entries for the chance to receive prizes.

These campaigns are structured as promotional prize draws and are not gambling, betting, or lottery services.

3 Jurisdictional Participation

Participation is only permitted from jurisdictions listed as eligible territories on the platform.

Eligible territories may include:

• United Kingdom
• United States
• Australia
• Canada
• South Africa
• other jurisdictions approved by Dendere.

Participation from jurisdictions where such promotions are restricted or prohibited is void.

4 Zimbabwe Participation Rule

Residents of Zimbabwe are not eligible to enter campaigns.

However, a verified winner may nominate a Zimbabwe-based individual to receive a prize on their behalf, subject to:

• identity verification
• compliance checks
• approval by Dendere.

5 Entry Methods

Each campaign will offer one or both of the following entry methods:

Paid Entry Method
Participants obtain entries through purchasing entry packages.

Free Entry Method
Where required by law, participants may enter without payment using the free entry mechanism described in the campaign rules.

Both methods carry equal chances of winning.

6 Winner Selection

All winners are selected through a verifiably random process from among eligible entries.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

7 Prize Fulfilment

Prizes may include:

• property located in Zimbabwe
• vehicles
• cash alternatives
• experiences or travel
• business start-up opportunities.

Dendere reserves the right to substitute a prize with an equivalent or greater value.

8 Prize Redemption

Unless otherwise specified, prizes must be redeemed within the timeframe specified in the campaign rules.

Prizes are generally fulfilled in Zimbabwe.

9 Governing Law

These Global Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

However, participants retain mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of residence.
