Property Prizes

Where the prize is real estate:

Dendere will coordinate:

• title transfer
• conveyancing
• registration fees where stated.

The winner remains responsible for:

• ongoing property taxes
• maintenance
• utilities.

Vehicle Prizes

For vehicle prizes:

Dendere will cover:

• registration fees
• title transfer costs.

The winner must provide:

• valid driver's licence
• insurance.

Cash Alternative

Where a cash alternative is offered:

The amount may be less than the retail value of the prize.

A typical example:

Prize value: $250,000
Cash alternative: $225,000

Nomination of Zimbabwe Recipient

If a winner resides outside Zimbabwe, they may nominate a Zimbabwe resident to receive the prize.

Approval is subject to:

• identity verification
• compliance checks
• anti-fraud procedures.
