1. Promoter

The promoter of all prize draws conducted on the Dendere platform is:

Dendere Projects (Pty) Ltd
A company incorporated under the laws of South Africa.

In these Terms and Conditions the company may be referred to as:

“Dendere”, “we”, “us”, or “the Promoter.”

2. The Platform

The Dendere platform provides entry-based promotional campaigns in which eligible participants may obtain entries for the chance to receive prizes.

Participation may occur through:

• paid entry methods, or
• alternative free entry methods where available.

Dendere campaigns are promotional prize draws and are not betting, gambling, or lottery services.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals who:

• are 18 years of age or older, and
• are legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction listed on the campaign page.

Eligible jurisdictions may include but are not limited to:

• United Kingdom
• United States
• Canada
• Australia
• South Africa

Additional jurisdictions may be added or removed at Dendere’s discretion in order to comply with applicable laws.

Zimbabwe Residents

Residents of Zimbabwe are not eligible to enter prize draws on the platform.

However, a verified winner may nominate a Zimbabwe-based individual to receive a prize on their behalf, subject to:

• identity verification
• compliance checks
• approval by Dendere in its sole discretion.

4. Entry Methods

Each campaign will provide two possible methods of entry.

Paid Entry Method

Participants may obtain entries by purchasing entry packages through the platform.

Each package corresponds to a specified number of entries into the relevant campaign.

Participants may purchase multiple entry packages unless a maximum limit is specified in the campaign rules.

Free Entry Method

Where required by law, campaigns may provide a free entry route.

Free entries:

• are limited to one entry per participant per campaign unless stated otherwise
• carry the same chance of winning as paid entries
• must follow the instructions provided on the campaign page.

5. Campaign Period

Each campaign will have a clearly stated:

• start date and time
• end date and time

Only entries received during the official entry period will be valid.

Dendere may extend a campaign if necessary in order to meet operational thresholds required for the prize offering.

6. Winner Selection

At the end of the campaign period:

• all valid entries will be included in a verifiable random selection process
• the process will be automated and independently auditable.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

7. Winner Verification

Before a prize is awarded, potential winners must complete identity and eligibility verification.

Verification may include:

• proof of identity
• proof of residence
• compliance checks
• signed prize acceptance documentation.

Failure to complete verification within the required time may result in disqualification.

8. Prizes

Prizes will be described on the campaign page and may include:

• property located in Zimbabwe
• vehicles
• business opportunities
• travel experiences
• other lifestyle assets.

Where stated in the campaign rules, a winner may elect to receive a cash alternative.

The value of the cash alternative may be less than the estimated market value of the prize.

Unless otherwise specified, prizes are:

• non-transferable
• non-exchangeable
• not redeemable for cash unless stated.

9. Prize Redemption in Zimbabwe

Most prizes are fulfilled in Zimbabwe.

Where a prize involves property, vehicles, or other assets located in Zimbabwe:

• Dendere will coordinate transfer or delivery
• winners are responsible for any personal taxes or legal costs not explicitly covered.

Where the winner chooses to nominate a Zimbabwe-based recipient, Dendere may require additional documentation and verification.

10. Publicity

Winners agree that Dendere may publish:

• their surname
• country of residence
• campaign details

for the purpose of confirming that a valid prize award occurred.

Winners may object to publication of personal details where legally permitted.

11. Disqualification

Dendere may disqualify participants who:

• provide false information
• attempt to manipulate entry systems
• use automated entry software
• breach these Terms and Conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

Dendere will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in any campaign.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• fraud
• personal injury caused by negligence
• matters which cannot legally be excluded.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Participants may also rely on consumer protection rights available in their country of residence where applicable.
